Shipping

Your order ships free, worldwide — with no minimum purchase required.

Every order is shipped directly from Japan to the address provided at checkout. Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take a little longer than usual.

We ship via UPS for orders to the United States and Japan Post EMS for all other destinations. Once your order leaves our Fuchu factory, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it on its way to you.

Please note that we're unable to accommodate requests for specific delivery dates or times.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Customs duties, import taxes, and any related fees are not included in the product price or your checkout total. These charges are set by the customs authorities of your destination country and are the customer's responsibility.

Depending on where you live, customs fees may be charged at the time of delivery. For guidance on what to expect, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.

Returns

Before wearing your shoes outside, please try them on indoors to confirm the size and fit.

We're unable to accept returns for items that show signs of wear — including wrinkles, scratches, or marks from fitting. Returns are accepted only for purchases made directly through this website. If you purchased through another retailer or marketplace, please reach out to that store directly.
